Terms and Conditions

1. Booking & Payment

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking.

  • Klarna and Clearpay are accepted payment methods at checkout.

  • Cash payments are not accepted.

  • Spaces are limited and booked on a first-come, first-served basis.

2. Rescheduling & Cancellations

  • All bookings are non-refundable.

  • You may reschedule once, provided it is requested at least 7 days before your booked session.

  • No-shows or late rescheduling requests will forfeit the session with no refund or reschedule.

  • If I (Juliet) must reschedule for any reason, you will be offered a new date or a full refund.

3. Late Arrivals

  • Sessions will begin and end at the scheduled time.

  • If you arrive late, the session will still end at the agreed time. No extra time will be added.

4. Age Policy

  • All participants must be 16 years or older.

  • I am Enhanced DBS certified to work with young people.

5. Venue & Health

  • Sessions take place at a fully insured co-working space in the Bexley area.

  • Full location details will be provided after booking.

  • Please inform me of any allergies or dietary needs at the time of booking, as light refreshments are provided.

6. Health & Safety

  • During your session, you may use tools such as heat presses, Cricut machines, and vinyl cutters. Safety instructions will be provided.

  • You are responsible for following all guidance to ensure a safe crafting experience.

7. eBook & Materials Usage

  • All eBooks provided during your session are for personal use only.

  • You may not share, resell, or reproduce these materials in any form.

8. Content & Photography

  • I often take photos or short videos during sessions for social media promotion.

  • Your face will only be shown with your permission.

  • After booking, you’ll receive a Google Form to indicate your consent preferences. You are welcome to opt out.

9. Liability

  • While all care is taken to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience, I am not liable for any injury, damage, or loss sustained during the session due to misuse of equipment or failure to follow instructions.
